Fabio’s skills mean he is the man to oversee the vineyards stretching up to 800 meters above sea level on Etna’s eastern slopes. Not only the vineyards. Peeping out from the vines, we catch a glimpse of the silver of the olive groves, the scent of the orchards, the mesmerising succulents, bonsais, herbs, and jasmine.
